CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: May 1st, 2023

Termination:
You acknowledge and agree that Alex Fisenkov's CREATION OF PHOTO AND VIDEO CONTENT, LLC, reserves the right to terminate your account at our discretion. Reasons for termination may include a violation of our Terms and Conditions or engagement in illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities. These actions will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Dispute Resolution:
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida. Any legal action initiated by you or us (“Parties” and individually “Party”) will be prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Florida, and the Parties consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts. We, however, retain the right to bring legal proceedings in any jurisdiction where we believe an infringement of these Terms and Conditions is occurring.
